  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Troubleshooting and resolving user issues**: Delve into the intricacies of the LANDR Distribution workflow and troubleshoot with users to resolve any issues they're experiencing with the web platform, their releases, or other support needs.
  • **Logging and tracking user issues**: Organize user issues in a systematic manner, utilizing ticket tags to ensure that serious, commonly occurring technical issues are escalated to the Support Manager.
  • **Ensuring project quality**: Verify that all projects released through LANDR distribution meet the required standards before delivering them to Digital Service Providers (DSPs).
  • **Communicating with users**: Effectively communicate with users when issues arise, working collaboratively with them until the problem is resolved.
  • **Delivering LANDR releases**: Ensure seamless delivery of LANDR releases to DSPs.
