• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution, ensuring they have the right products and services to meet their needs.
• Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions, resulting in high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory, staying up-to-date with the latest products and services.
• Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services, ensuring you're always meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

• *Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of work experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance), with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Even better if you have one or more of the following:
