- **Customer Support**: Courteously and promptly resolving customer questions and problems, or properly referring them to appropriate personnel, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.
- **System Administration**: Executing the administration of customer required systems, including pricing, promotions, and general item maintenance, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- **Custom Discount Files**: Maintaining customer specific national and regional custom discount files within arenaflex and customer-based systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Promotion and New Item Process**: Executing and coordinating with internal departments on promotion and new item process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- **New Store Opening Accounts**: Reviewing and coordinating with Account Managers on new store opening accounts within arenaflex business systems, ensuring proper attributes and price structure is activated on each account.
- *Requirements**
To succeed as an Experienced Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- **Associate Degree in Business Management or related field**: Or equivalent experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
- **3-5 years customer-related experience and account management experience**: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and managing complex customer relationships.
