  • *Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt, high-quality support to our clients via phone or Zendesk ticketing system
  • Answering customer questions in a timely and accurate manner, using excellent communication skills to deal with difficult situations and find effective solutions
  • Giving solutions advice and guiding customers through the features and functions of our product
  • Keeping a good working relationship with customers, working in collaboration with other staff members to ensure that all company rules and regulations are consistently followed
  • Assessing customers and communicating their feedback on our products with peers and leadership
  • Ensuring appropriate customer follow-up to ensure that their technical problems are resolved
  • Other duties as assigned
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Two years of experience in a contact center environment
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zendesk
  • Experience with accounting and/or property management terminology (preferred)
  • Proven multitasking ability, with a mindset for troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Ability to work in an omnichannel environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
