What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst & Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our business clients and driving their success through our advertising and platform solutions. Here's what you can expect:


  • Client Support and Analysis: You'll support business clients by providing comprehensive optimization, reporting, and analysis services. This involves diving deep into data to uncover insights that help our partners maximize their advertising performance.

  • Service Excellence: Maintain exceptional service levels by meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, timeliness, and productivity goals. You'll be the face of arenaflex for our partners, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

  • Platform Optimization: Support the performance and optimization of arenaflex's advertising and platform solutions. You'll work closely with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that drive results.

  • Technical Consultation: Provide expert consultation and technical support to our Worldwide Partner teams. Your insights will help shape how we serve our clients and improve our overall service delivery.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the analysis and optimization of processes, internal tools, and products. You'll identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains that help scale our operations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with teams across the organization to ensure a unified approach to partner success. Your ability to collaborate effectively will be key to delivering comprehensive solutions.

What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications
