As a valued member of our team, the Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients, and we are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making a difference.

  • *Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
  • Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
  • Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt.
  • Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
  • Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
  • Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
  • Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
  • Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
  • Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
  • Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role.
  • Perform related work as required.
  • *Required Qualifications and Skills**
  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.
  • Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with database management and data entry software.

  • Knowledge of energy assistance programs and services.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com and other database management systems.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
