As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • **Data Entry**: Accurately enter financial and account balance data provided by financial institutions, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • **Record Maintenance**: Keep detailed records of data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • **Deadline Management**: Process data within the same day of receipt, adhering to strict service level agreements.
  • **File Handling**: Rename and split large files promptly after training, ensuring efficient data management.
  • **Mail Operations**: Operate envelope inserters and other mail equipment efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate mail processing.
  • **Mail Sorting**: Sort incoming mail by type of data, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • **Follow-up**: Contact financial institutions regarding requests with missing account information, including phone communication if necessary.
  • **Mail Pickup**: Occasionally pick up mail from the nearby Post Office, ensuring timely and efficient mail processing.
  • **Additional Duties**: Perform other department responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • **Education**: A college degree is preferred, but a high school diploma is required.
