About the Role
As a Data Operations & Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as a vital link between our data systems and our customers, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Data Management and Accuracy: Construct and maintain robust data management systems and processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information across all platforms. Monitor data quality and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across various regions, including APAC, UCAN, EMEA, and LATAM. Represent regional priorities and perspectives in global discussions and initiatives.
- Customer Support Excellence: Provide exceptional live chat and email support to our valued subscribers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Demonstrate deep product knowledge and provide accurate information to help customers maximize their experience.
- Campaign Support: Work closely with marketing and content teams to support campaign initiatives, providing strategic insights and operational support for titles and promotions across multiple markets. Assist in identifying opportunities for campaigns to expand their reach and business impact.
- Market Intelligence: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of APAC markets, including cultural behaviors, trends, and consumer preferences. Provide regional insights to cross-functional teams to inform strategy and campaign development.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving data processes, customer support workflows, and operational efficiency. Propose and implement solutions that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate effectively with marketing, content planning, social media, PR, and customer products teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives across regions.

Essential Qualifications
