  • *A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be on the front lines of what we do for the healthcare community. You will work with various people on behalf of our clients, such as healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel. Trained on multiple client programs, you will transition between various ones throughout your day. You will receive incoming inquiries and reach out by phone, email, or chat, always delivering exceptional contact center services that we are known for.

Whether participating in a clinical trial or trying to locate a pharmacy that has a new drug, you will understand that it can be stressful and always show the utmost empathy. You will have the knowledge and resources necessary to resolve most questions on your own and support from your team will always be available. In any case, you will know how to make sure that clients always know that they are in good hands and you truly care.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers via phone, email, or chat
  • Work with multiple client programs and transition between various ones throughout the day
  • Receive incoming inquiries and respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize computer skills and Microsoft Windows/Office to perform job duties

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of customer service or call center experience
  • Ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms
  • Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment where high-speed internet is maintained
  • Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office
  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Flexible work schedules for full-time call center positions
  • Full-time employees can expect to work 38-40 hours per week
  • At least one weekend day is required
