Position Overview: Resolution Coordinator, Contact Center Operations

We are currently seeking professional, motivated, and customer-driven individuals who are passionate about providing top-tier customer care. As a Resolution Coordinator, you will handle a high volume of incoming contacts including calls, chats, and emails from customers, retail locations, and business partners while navigating multiple systems to support answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.

Essential Qualifications
