Your days will be filled with assessing data using SQL and Python, conducting in-depth data analysis and examination, designing complex drawings and streams, and contributing to critical bookkeeping research and planning requirements.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Work cross-functionally with Technical Accounting, Financial Accounting, Designing, Product, Finance, Audit, Legal, and other stakeholders on processes, cycles, and projects, and assist with driving key system drives and enhancements
  • Create and design comprehensive bookkeeping data requirements to work with the continuous automation of journal entries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and efficiency in financial cycles
  • Lead functional improvement drives to further streamline income tasks and shorten the income close schedule
  • Screen data quality of journal entries prepared via the Income Subledger and design Data Quality checks for identified use cases through bookkeeping requirements planning, special examinations, new product launches, etc.
  • Work with the Product and Designing teams to continuously improve our daily Income Reconciliation process and oversee reconciliation investigation with the assistance of the analysis team
  • Review meetings and evaluate impact on existing or need for new bookkeeping requirements for the Income Subledger
  • Cross-collaborate with collaborating teams on the journal entry streams for new or existing products for automation via the Income Subledger
  • Perform monthly income bookkeeping close liabilities, including but not limited to: GAAP income analysis, cost of income analysis, debt claims reconciliations, review journal entries, and audit close package expectations
  • Specialized examinations and projects as assigned

  • 3+ years of experience in financial bookkeeping, data analysis, as well as business intelligence
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 Income Recognition required; knowledge of IFRS an plus
  • Transitional/high-level SQL skills and ability to work with large volumes of conditional data, Python an plus
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to adapt to changing environments
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and cross-functional teams, both within and remotely
