  • *Job Responsibilities**

As the CDP Product Leader, you'll be responsible for delivering a high level of technical expertise to our team, assisting in the development, configuration, and preservation of arenaflex's Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform. Your role will include:

  • Managing and preserving the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet business requirements
  • Supporting new development, configuration, and preservation at the platform
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal teams concerning the segment-building and RT-CDP platform
  • Troubleshooting technical issues associated with the platform and implementing solutions
  • Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on tech requirements and implementations
  • Keeping up-to-date with new trends and best practices associated with Adobe Experience Platform
  • Conducting daily audits to ensure the optimal use of the platform
  • Leading training sessions to up-skill internal teams on the effective use of the platform
  • Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting agencies to coordinate product upgrades and workarounds
  • *What You Need to Succeed**

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical data control and marketing solution experience
  • Strong technical skills, mainly with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical principles to non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Consistently prioritizes the protection and security of self, others, and personal information
  • Embraces diverse people, perspectives, and styles
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
