We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Details and Data Gathering team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of sports information on arenaflex stages, working with automated data feeds and manual data entry to deliver precise, timely, and insightful sports information. You'll also be involved in transforming data into storylines, identifying factual events that help explain why a team won or lost. • *Key Responsibilities:**

• Ensure sports information disseminated by arenaflex is precise, timely, and insightful
• Work individually and in teams to deliver accurate detailed breakdowns, clock-and-score, and other measurements and data in real-time to power a multitude of arenaflex products and productions
• Create and maintain a working knowledge of arenaflex's role in fueling digital products and television productions
• Review the results of your own work and that of others; perform with a consistently high level of quality
• Contribute to production, projects, and initiatives across the newsroom, and assist newsroom leaders who are coordinating full- and part-time staff
• Anticipate potential issues, both daily and long-term, and propose possible solutions. Communicate rapidly and clearly with colleagues on these issues
• Play a proactive role in working with colleagues to create or refine production processes
• Be an active member of team and division meetings
• Seek and respond to feedback on personal performance
• Remain up-to-date on current office policies and procedures

• *Required Capabilities:**

• Working knowledge of teams, players, and the rules of the games
• Full-time availability, which will include evenings (only), weekends, and holidays
• Ability to quickly learn production processes that produce or maintain sports information that drives arenaflex's digital and television products
• Capacity to achieve a high level of content accuracy in time-sensitive production circumstances
• Ability to communicate confidently – verbally and in writing – to production managers and colleagues about production issues and opportunities, often through the din of a busy newsroom

• *Preferred Capabilities:**

• 1+ years' experience working in sports or data analysis, ideally in media
• Knowledge of how sports information is used in media and for research purposes
• Working knowledge of arenaflex products and productions
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• Experience leading or training a team
• Ability to speak and write Spanish
• Experience using social media in a business or news environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
