We're seeking an experienced full stack product manager to join our Client Insightful Center team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of our client investigation and experience solutions. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity that offers the flexibility and autonomy you need to thrive.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Drive the development and execution of the Client Insightful Center product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Showcasing, to deliver high-quality client investigation solutions that meet the needs of our customers
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of our client investigation solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in client digital character, client examination, information security, and protection, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide product recommendations that meet business needs and customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, design specifications, and testing plans
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and improvement
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in product management
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in product management
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure
  • Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools, including Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with accessibility best practices and compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and its impact on business operations and customer experiences
