As a Full Stack Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the Customer Investigation Center product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration with internal stakeholders and external partners.   • Develop and execute the Customer Investigation Center product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions
  • Ensure the development of scalable and secure data infrastructure to support customer insights and analytics
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product owners, engineers, and designers, to ensure seamless integration and collaboration
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years of experience in product management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through customer-centric strategies and data-driven insights
  • Strong understanding of customer analytics, data security, and protection principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with 6 years of experience in product management or a related field
