As a seasoned Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving the development and execution of our Customer Insight Center product, ensuring seamless customer experiences and unparalleled insights for our internal stakeholders.

  • *What You'll Do:**
  • Spearhead the development and execution of the Customer Insight Center product strategy, prioritizing features and functionalities that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Walmart Interface, Information Services, Walmart+, and Marketing, to deliver top-notch customer analytics solutions that emphasize data security and customer protection.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our product meets the evolving needs of our customers, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years of experience in product management
  • Alternatively, 9 years of experience in product management or related field
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with 6 years of experience as a product manager
  • Proven track record of managing complex, customer-facing products with a strong focus on digital accessibility and compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
  • Experience with assistive technologies and inclusive design principles
  • Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and commitment to creating inclusive products and services
