As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure web and cloud applications that meet the evolving needs of our customers. • Drive the development and execution of the Client Insightful Center product, ensuring high-quality and secure customer experiences
• Characterize and implement a methodology, prioritization, and workflows for the Client Insightful Center
• Ensure that tools are built and scaled to support the security and trustworthiness needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product development and differentiation
• Collaborate with Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
• Strong understanding of web and cloud application development, with experience in languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Proven track record of designing and developing scalable and secure applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 9 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
• Experience in developing comprehensive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design principles
• Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and commitment to creating inclusive products and services that support a diverse culture
