We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Systems Engineer to join our AWS SOC Engineering team, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. As a Full Stack Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for the overall health and performance of our service, providing exceptional customer support to our partners, and automating routine tasks to enable our team to be more agile and efficient. You'll work closely with internal clients to identify operational challenges and develop innovative solutions, leveraging your expertise in systems engineering, cloud computing, and security.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable systems on AWS, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Collaborate with internal clients to identify operational challenges and develop innovative solutions, leveraging your expertise in systems engineering, cloud computing, and security
• Automate routine tasks to enable our team to be more agile and efficient, using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash
• Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing systems, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information
• Troubleshoot complex issues, using your expertise in systems engineering, cloud computing, and security to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
• Work closely with our team to ensure that all systems are properly configured and maintained, using tools such as AWS CloudFormation and AWS Config
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, ensuring that our systems are always available and secure

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in an associated field or 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, cloud computing, and security
• 5+ years of experience with Windows Server, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• 3+ years of experience with virtualization, including Hyper-V and VMware
• 3+ years of experience with relational databases, including SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
• 2+ years of scripting experience, including PowerShell, Python, Bash, Perl, Ruby, and others

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an associated field
• 5+ years of experience with networking, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• 3+ years of experience with AWS Services, including S3, EC2, VPC, and others
• 3+ years of experience with physical access control systems, including Lenel and RedCloud
• 1+ years of experience with Linux systems management and/or associated development
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (S3, EC2, VPC, and others)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of complex issues
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven experience growing documentation for manufacturing systems
