We're seeking an experienced Senior Advanced Analytics Professional to join our team in Dallas, TX (with the option to work from home). As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for analyzing large data sets, identifying causal relationships, and predicting future outcomes of key business drivers. You'll work on a range of projects, including churn analysis, customer behavior, segmentation, sales analysis, and customer experience analysis. Your expertise in statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms will enable you to drive business insights and inform strategic decision making.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Analyze large data sets to identify causal relationships and predict future outcomes of key business drivers
• Develop and implement advanced data analytics models, including regression, cluster analysis, classification, random forest, sentiment analysis, A/B testing, optimization, factor analysis, time series analysis, dimension reduction, variable selection, and other analysis
• Design, maintain, and update interactive online dashboards to visualize data insights and drive business decisions
• Utilize programming languages R/Python with add-on packages, including pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and scikit-learn to develop predictive models and automate data extract, transform, and load processes
• Conduct end-to-end analyses, including data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations
• Provide insights on data and research activities, including team productivity, sales performance, and economic impact
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
• Work on query platform on Microsoft SQL server and leverage SQL server, Alteryx, and other tools to access, query, clean, and merge multiple large data sets

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Master's degree in Analytics or Computer Science (or foreign equivalent degree)
• 2 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
• Proven expertise in data discovery and visualization skills using a combination of languages and tools, including SQL, R, Python, SAS, MATLAB, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Experience designing, maintaining, and updating interactive online dashboards
• Strong programming skills in R/Python with add-on packages, including pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and scikit-learn
• Experience with automate data extract, transform, and load processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working in the wireless and telecommunications industry
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL server and query platform
• Certification in Statistical Business Analysis and Advanced Programming
• Experience with data visualization tools, including PowerBI, Alteryx, and Tableau
