As a Remote Traveler Support Counselor, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Managing Inbound Service Calls**: Assist customers with making reservation changes, educate them on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries.
  • **Booking and Updating Airline Reservations**: Use code-based software to advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary.
  • **Communicating Comprehensive Information**: Share detailed information with travelers about our products and policies.
