Position Overview

As an Offsite Invoice Payment Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in our accounts payable operations. This position is responsible for accurately entering data to process freight invoices and ensuring timely payments. You will be working with a variety of source documents and coded information, requiring a strong understanding of transportation industry concepts and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to operate a personal computer and enter data with precision and efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Process Compliance: Follow on-line programs and procedures meticulously to ensure all data is processed correctly and in accordance with established guidelines.

  • Industry Knowledge: Develop and maintain a solid understanding of transportation industry concepts and terminology essential for proper data entry and invoice processing.

  • Billing Process Understanding: Comprehend the fundamentals of the billing and payment process to ensure accuracy in all transactions.

Training and Development
