  • Entering data and processing orders with speed and accuracy, using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Providing efficient and effective communication with customers and team members
  • Working with other members of the customer service team to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, and ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job
  • Working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer, phone, organization, and customer service skills
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to process orders with speed and accuracy
  • Efficient communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to begin work between 6pm-8pm
