We're seeking experienced Overnight Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a remote basis, working 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing loan applications, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.   • *Responsibilities and Duties**

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist customers with their loan applications and other inquiries
  • Consistently and accurately documenting all information pertaining to accounts
  • Using basic business math to solve problems and make informed decisions
  • Speaking clearly, concisely, and effectively to customers, and listening to and understanding information and ideas as presented verbally
  • Maintaining a professional manner when speaking to customers, showing sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
  • Following written and/or verbal instructions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Working within the laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Processing card payments accurately and efficiently
  • Performing the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems
  • Reviewing applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loan
  • Following up with customers to clarify important points and ensure that they understand their loan obligations
  • Finalizing loan details and keeping customers informed of rules and obligations
  • Remaining up-to-date regarding lending and other financial services to provide expert advice to customers
  • Creating and renewing records to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
  • Identifying customer needs and exploring all options available to customers to ensure that they receive the best possible service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and change quickly with the needs of the company
  • Ability to multi-task by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously
  • Meeting monthly individual goals as set by management

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers

  • Proficient use of technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • *Preferred Education and/or Experience**

While a minimum of a high school diploma/GED is required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a financial institution or related industry
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proficient use of the Internet and cloud-based storage

As a remote Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be working from home, and will need to:

  • Be able to sit for long periods of time, talking and listening constantly
  • Be able to sit for extended periods of time, with regular breaks to stretch and move around
  • Work a 3rd shift schedule from 11pm to 7am
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role
