Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Designer at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conceptualize and Design Client Journeys: Create compelling, user-centered designs that guide customers through seamless experiences across our digital platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement at every touchpoint.


• Develop Multi-Platform Experiences: Design and direct outstanding in-product media client journeys that work harmoniously across various devices, screen sizes, and usage contexts.


• Create Engaging Content Strategies: Develop a refined understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across different platforms and audiences, tailoring experiences to meet diverse user needs.


• Drive Creative Vision: Bring an innovative creative vision to our content and media experiences, pushing the boundaries of design excellence while maintaining brand consistency.


• Cross-Platform Design: Experience designing work for multiple platforms and use cases, with a deep understanding of how design impacts user experiences across different devices and scenarios.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is required. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.


• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of critical experience in a design portfolio demonstrating innovation, strong visual design skills, and solid UX expertise.


• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with visual design, video, animation, UX, prototyping, and storytelling techniques.


• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to present ideas persuasively to diverse audiences.


• Design Tools Mastery: Proficiency in industry-standard design software and prototyping tools.
