We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality client service, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing outstanding support and assistance. You'll work in a call center environment, responding to questions via phone and solving customer issues related to employee benefits.

- *Requirements**
- High school graduate
- Customer service experience
- Strong typing and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- A working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll
