We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality client service, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing outstanding support and assistance. • High school graduate
• Customer service experience
• Strong typing and basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• A working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
• Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll
• Call center experience
