Position Overview
As a Pharmacist at arenaflex, you will serve as a trusted healthcare advisor to our patients, providing expert guidance on medication therapy, disease management, and preventive health services. Patient Experience and Customer Service

- Accurately interpret and dispense prescribed medications in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure the pharmacy operates in full accordance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
- Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy technology systems including workflow management, prescription processing, billing, and inventory control
- Process insurance claims accurately, resolve patient issues, and prevent payment rejections through thorough verification
- Follow up with insurance companies and healthcare providers to clarify prescription details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure optimal patient care
- Conduct clinical and health services including vaccinations, diagnostic testing, disease state management, and other healthcare offerings
- Support pharmacy management in analyzing performance metrics, financial data, and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the local medical community including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers

Essential Qualifications
