About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate caller situations carefully and determine the most appropriate course of action to resolve their needs efficiently and effectively

- Hourly equivalent: $12.60 - $16.80 per hour for standard English-speaking specialists
- Bilingual premium rate: $0.31 per customer interaction minute
- Bilingual guarantee: 48 minutes per available hour
- Bilingual hourly equivalent: $14.88 - $18.60 per hour for fluently bilingual specialists in English/Spanish or English/French
