Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shifts between 6am-12am PST
- Must be available to work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

Technical Requirements for Remote Work
To ensure success in this remote position, candidates must meet the following technical requirements:
- A quiet, distraction-free, and secure home office environment suitable for professional calls
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (faster speeds recommended)
- A hard-wired Ethernet connection (not wireless or satellite) capable of maintaining excellent call quality
- In-house network setup that can support continuous high-speed connectivity
- A smartphone (iOS or Android) that is 4 years old or newer, with capability to download company applications
- Ability to download and use our communication app for company-related messaging and updates
- Basic computer equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse) in addition to company-provided equipment

Work Schedule
This position requires working an 8-hour shift, 5 days per week. Shifts are available throughout the day, ranging from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM PST. We work with our team members to find schedules that balance organizational needs with personal preferences whenever possible.
