• Synthesize large volumes of data using SQL, Access, Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx
• Develop high-quality and timely presentation materials to inform and influence senior leaders

• Analyze historical profitability and performance metrics to gain insights on future performance
• Contribute to the development of innovative community designs, connectivity structures, scheduling approaches, and other solutions that drive business growth and profitability
• Deliver analysis and recommendations that demonstrate a deep understanding of the business challenge and its broader impact on the organization
• Communicate findings and insights to branch and Commercial/Operational Leaders using a communication approach that acknowledges the target audience and provides a clear path forward

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or a related field
• Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
