• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Answer incoming phone calls within the first 2 rings and provide exceptional customer service
• Act as a liaison between customers and the company, resolving complaints, orders, errors, and other queries
• Utilize computer technology to best assist customers and prepare weekly and monthly reports as assigned
• Follow up with customers who leave reviews and coordinate manager responses to complaints
• Assist Account Managers as assigned and communicate well with other team members
• Assist with other office duties as needed

• *Essential Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or office setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
