• *Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team and lead the development of data insights and business intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improvement. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional groups of data experts, business intelligence engineers, and data clients to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our healthcare organization.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Direct the delivery of data insights and business intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improvement
• Develop and maintain long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing processes to meet business intelligence and analytics requirements
• Design, develop, and deploy layered data sets and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics projects
• Develop data modeling and pre-processing principles for populating sensible and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both enterprise business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements
• Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to incorporate large data sets from various internal arenaflex production system sources and external records
• Perform data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient qualification, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records)
• Develop internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.)

• *Essential Capabilities**

• Proven, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts
• Experience designing and deploying intelligently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake
• Experience providing technical leadership and presenting device rationalist semantic data layer enhancements connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace
• At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team leadership experience

• *Preferred Capabilities**

• Certified Data Management Certified Professional (CDMP)
• Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts
