Position Overview: Senior Operations Analyst

We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and analytically gifted professional to join our team as a Senior Operations Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights through advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, and cross-functional collaboration. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency across all aspects of our airport customer service operations.

This position is part of our Operations Analysis and Planning (OAP) team, specifically within the Airport Customer Service (ACS) Resource Planning division. In this capacity, you will conduct comprehensive analyses of key operational and staffing metrics to drive both operational excellence and financial performance. You'll have the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders across multiple departments and present your findings to senior leadership, including C-suite executives.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Operations Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of transforming raw data into actionable strategic insights. Your responsibilities will include:

• Predictive Modeling Development: Create and refine predictive models and forecasts to proactively identify ACS staffing needs and resource requirements. You'll collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional ACS departments to ensure alignment and accuracy in your projections.


• Resource Utilization Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of resource allocation and utilization patterns, identifying opportunities for more optimal and efficient solutions that maximize operational effectiveness while controlling costs.


• Performance Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports related to the execution of resource planning initiatives, presenting key performance indicators and trends to leadership teams.


• Industry Trend Analysis: Examine the latest trends and best practices in ACS resource planning, staying ahead of industry developments and recommending innovative approaches to continuously improve our operations.


• Data Source Identification: Research and extract data from various internal and external sources for use in analyses, models, and project development initiatives.


• Advanced Analytics: Utilize descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytical techniques to highlight business challenges, propose potential solutions, and illustrate relevant tradeoffs to stakeholders.


• Model Development: Develop new strategic analytical models or enhance existing ones to address evolving business needs and operational requirements.


• Data Visualization: Transform complex data into meaningful insights using cutting-edge data visualization and analytical storytelling techniques that resonate with diverse audiences.


• Complex Reporting: Create sophisticated reports and analyses with guidance from organizational leaders, ensuring accuracy and strategic relevance.


• Process Improvement: Support complex process improvement and project management initiatives for both individual business units and cross-divisional programs.


• Stakeholder Presentation: Present findings and recommendations to OAP and business unit leaders, including senior executives, with clarity and persuasive communication.


• Subject Matter Expertise: Act as an internal expert to partners and stakeholders, providing insights that drive measurable business results.
