What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Product Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. Your work will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements that drive our technology initiatives forward. Here's what you can expect:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collect, develop, design, and maintain business requirements for various projects and systems from inception to final implementation. You'll ensure that all requirements meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives.
• Business Process Optimization: Apply your strong expertise in discovery, identification, and documentation of processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across the organization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT teams to identify requirements, support development, testing, and implementation while delivering changes required by the business and other IT groups.
• Technical Documentation: Analyze, design, and maintain production systems, programs, and applications. Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation and requirements specifications.
• Project Coordination: Support and communicate project status reports, track progress, and ensure effective project cycles and deliverables to shorten the project lifecycle where applicable.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Work with application support and development teams to resolve software bugs and escalated issues promptly and effectively.
• Cross-System Leadership: Lead resolution of issues with interacting systems based on various technologies, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Agile Implementation: Convert high-level client requirements into executable, detailed user stories to enable innovation. Lead planning sessions with teams to prioritize work in upcoming sprints.
