- *About the Role**
As a Social Media Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for selling coaching programs to our clients through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You'll work closely with our client success team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive results. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Starting new conversations with potential clients (2 hours)
- Following up with leads and closing sales (2 hours)
- Growing your social media presence and engaging with your audience (2 hours)
- Managing and communicating with your team (1 hour 30 minutes)
- Participating in daily and weekly team meetings to discuss sales strategies and goals
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with clients and promote coaching programs
- Collaborate with the client success team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to discuss sales strategies and goals
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
