As a Technical Support and Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing expert support to our customers, helping them navigate the features and functionalities of QuickBooks. You'll work closely with our team to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve customer concerns, and deliver exceptional service that meets our high standards.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with QuickBooks, researching and providing resolutions to questions and problems
- Troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware, software, and networking
- Solve unstructured problems that require conceptual thinking skills
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport
- Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer experience and business performance
