Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide specialized support for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems. Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our technological infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our users. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Technical Issue Resolution: Respond to client care requests and accurately determine technical assistance issues, whether they are software or hardware related. Maintain the highest level of customer trust and satisfaction in our Technical Support Group (TSG).

  • Client Communication: Engage with clients via telephone to discuss identified issues or concerns and work diligently to resolve problems, including hardware or software breakdowns and user errors.

  • Problem Investigation: Research identified issues by asking clarifying questions, exploring web information sites, and consulting internal resources such as project notebooks to identify solutions and facilitate resolution.

  • On-Site Support: Conduct site visits within the designated region to investigate issues and install or update hardware and software when issues cannot be resolved remotely.

  • Follow-Up Services: Perform follow-up communications with clients to verify that issues have been completely resolved to their satisfaction.

  • Documentation: Complete service orders accurately and promptly to avoid operational delays in resolving issues.

  • System Maintenance: Maintain passwords, ensure data integrity, and manage file system security across all systems.

  • Desktop Support: Introduce, arrange, and investigate desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues.

  • Software Assistance: Provide comprehensive assistance regarding the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, enterprise systems, email, and operating systems.

  • Data Management: Enter, update, and verify data with precision and accuracy, ensuring database integrity.

Essential Qualifications

Work Environment and Location

This position is primarily based in our Texas region, with the primary location being TXALG. The successful candidate may also be required to support operations at alternate locations including TXDFW and TXDAL. While this is a remote work-from-home position, there may be occasions where travel between offices is necessary to resolve issues or perform installations.
