  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Placing outbound calls to potential customers to educate them about our products and services
  • Answering inbound calls and greeting customers with energy and enthusiasm
  • Guiding customers through the online enrollment process
  • Assisting customers with account questions in an energetic and spirited manner
  • Performing multiple tasks and navigating multiple systems simultaneously to service the customer's application or troubleshoot their questions and issues
  • Building trust and confidence with our customers that we are there to help serve their needs and reach their financial goals
  • Striving for first call resolution and taking true ownership of customer needs and issues
  • Owning your personal development to achieve job proficiency, meet performance goals, and independently keep your own technical know-how up to date

  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
  • At least 1 year of auto finance experience
  • Experience working with customers in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of auto finance products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • *Work From Home Technology Requirements**

To ensure a seamless and secure experience for our customers, we require:

  • A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
  • A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password protected, where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
  • ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
  • To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com, type Speed Test, and run from the Google landing page
  • Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met
