Facebooks Ads Coach

I’m looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Coach to teach and guide me on how to properly run my own Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.

This is not a “run my ads for me” role. I want to understand the strategy, setup, optimization, and decision-making so I can confidently manage ads myself.

What I’m Looking For

Proven experience running Facebook Ads for lead generation

Ability to teach clearly and practically, not just talk theory

Comfortable reviewing my ads, accounts, funnels, and data

Direct feedback on what to fix, change, or stop doing

Experience with service-based or regulated industries is a plus

What I Want Coaching On

Ad account structure and setup

Campaign objectives and when to use them

Audience targeting (custom, lookalikes, retargeting)

Creative strategy (hooks, messaging, angles)

Budgeting and scaling decisions

Reading metrics and knowing what actually matters

Troubleshooting underperforming

Coaching Format

Live 1-on-1 coaching calls (Zoom)

Screen sharing and real ad account walkthroughs

Actionable homework between sessions

Ongoing guidance as I test and iterate

What I’m NOT Looking For

Done-for-you ad management

Agencies pitching monthly retainers

Generic courses or prerecorded content“

Just trust me” strategies without explanation

Engagement Type

Hourly coaching or short-term coaching package

Ongoing relationship possible if it’s a strong fit
