Financial Services Representative - Fort Collins, CO

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Financial Services Representative who is passionate about helping people. In this role, you will support customers by answering questions, processing transactions, and preparing for a future in financial services with comprehensive training and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
• Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity
• Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, supporting customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone your skills
• Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and will spend time building advanced skills that will further develop your career in planning
