The Role: Evening Customer Service Advisor
We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to work our evening shifts, catering to customers across the globe. This is a remote position with the flexibility to collaborate in our fantastic central London office when needed (located near Cannon Street, with Bank and Monument stations within walking distance). The ideal candidate will be someone who is motivated, dedicated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As an Evening Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be the frontline representative of our brand during peak evening hours. This role requires someone who can remain calm under pressure, think on their feet, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Proven customer service experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced multi-channel customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and articulate manner.
