Freelance Sound Editor

I’m looking for a professional podcast audio editor for an ongoing conversational podcast called Truth Between Us. The podcast features raw, honest conversations between two women about healing, trauma, relationships, growth, and becoming. Episodes are usually around 30 minutes and are recorded through Riverside. We release every other Tuesday. I need help with audio cleanup, removing long pauses, mistakes, repeats, stumbles, awkward gaps, filler words, coughs, and background noise where possible. I also need help balancing audio between two hosts, improving flow, adding intro/outro, improving our current intro/outro sound if possible, and exporting the final polished episode file. I’m looking for a tighter, creative edit that maintains the raw and honest nature of the conversations without sounding robotic or overly edited. The podcast should remain warm, emotional, and trauma-informed. We will start with one paid test episode and may continue with ongoing work if it’s a good fit. Please provide podcast editing samples, your rate for a 30-minute episode, editing details, turnaround time, ability to improve the intro/outro sound, and whether you can help with video editing in the future.
