This is a low-hour, ad-hoc role—perfect for a skilled freelancer with other clients or projects who wants to take on consistent, well-paid support work.

Examples of What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot technical issues or bugs

• Support with plug-in updates, site speed, and overall performance

• Occasionally help with integrations (email platforms, booking tools, etc.)

• Provide brief status updates when work is completed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor

• Ability to respond to requests within 1 business day

• Excellent communication and documentation

• Detail-oriented and trustworthy with access to backend systems

• Ability to respond within the East Coast Time Zone

• Bonus if you have design or light coding experience (HTML/CSS)

Compensation:

$50–$75/hr depending on experience

Up to $100/hr for urgent or same-day turnaround requests

Estimated Time Commitment:

~3-5 hours/month (could vary slightly month-to-month)
