Freight Dispatcher - Remote

We are looking for an experienced flatbed/hotshot dispatcher to start ASAP!

We are looking for someone with at least three (3) years of experience dispatching and managing fleets, particularly flatbeds and/or hotshots. You will be responsible for all route planning, dispatching, paperwork, and broker setups and communications.

Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years of experience dispatching flatbeds and/or hotshots.

• Self-motivated

• Time management

• Organizational skills

• Provide your own computer and phone

About this position:

• Fully remote

• Independent contractor position (1099)

• Pay is commission-based. No base salary.

• You must handle all route planning and dispatch responsibilities for your assigned drivers.

• Send PODs to brokers in a timely manner

Pay:

• You get 5% of gross for every load you book. So if you book a load for $2000, you will get $100

• Paid weekly
