About the Role

As a Senior Finance Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for producing quarterly sales and unit forecasts, cost of income analysis, and other critical financial evaluations that drive business decisions. This role primarily engages with senior leadership, both in revenue and finance departments, giving you unparalleled exposure to strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Planning & Forecasting: Develop quarterly sales and unit forecasts, manage retargeting initiatives, and track performance with RTM/LOB data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.


• Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis on cost of sales, perform deep-dive investigations into variances, and provide recommendations for ROI maximization.


• Cost Management: Lead cost control initiatives, benchmarking exercises, productivity analysis, and engagement metrics for various business units and system rollouts.


• Revenue Assurance: Ensure revenue recognition aligns with targets, coordinate with accounting teams to maintain correct accruals and payout channel management.


• Credit Management: Proactively manage credit limits and ensure outstanding accounts receivable remain within acceptable thresholds.


• Financial Reporting: Prepare quarterly financials with the best assumptions based on cost-to-serve models and deliver forward-looking analysis at granular levels.


• Channel Claims Management: Document and manage end-to-end channel claims procedures, ensuring all partner claims are reconciled and communicated quarterly.


• Compensation Control: Develop India-specific charge lists and effectively communicate pricing structures to channel partners.


• Tax Compliance: Review and update VAT, CST, and customs duty impacts while overseeing composite tax charges on a quarterly basis.


• Variance Analysis: Proactively analyze and incorporate significant variances into monthly financial statements.


• Systems & Process Improvement: Enhance reporting machines and business intelligence tools delivered to business partners and management.


• Automation & Optimization: Improve and automate cost tracking while fine-tuning existing reports for maximum efficiency.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work actively with regional FP&A teams to ensure improved forecasting accuracy and planning preparation.


• Project Engagement: Collaborate closely with shared services centers on initiatives related to claims processes and other operational areas.

Essential Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is required.


• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or related finance roles.


• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to conduct complex, data-driven analysis with high accuracy and attention to detail.


• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capability to articulate complex financial results in easy-to-understand business terms.


• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

• Experience in technology or consumer electronics industries.


• Strong proficiency in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools and software.


• Knowledge of international accounting standards and practices.
