• Content Issue Resolution: Collaborate with program management teams to identify and resolve content-related issues that may arise during the testing process, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to our content pipeline.


• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate assessment notes in our issue tracking systems, documenting all findings, observations, and recommendations with precision and attention to detail.


• Process Optimization: Identify and support process improvement ideas and system enhancements that could increase the productivity or quality of our content operations, contributing to continuous improvement across the team.


• Daily Operations Contribution: Play an integral role in helping us meet our daily content listing objectives while safeguarding our commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience with every game we publish.
