Position Overview: Global Equity Consultant

As a Global Equity Consultant at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in managing our equity-based compensation programs, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding service to our employees and stakeholders worldwide. You will be part of a collaborative team that values precision, integrity, and continuous improvement. This position offers significant exposure to global HR operations, cross-functional partnerships, and strategic initiatives that directly impact employee experience and organizational success.

What You'll Do for Us


As a key member of our Global Equity team, you will contribute to the effective management of our stock plan programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Conducting comprehensive data audits: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans. You will identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain data integrity across multiple systems.
  • Processing equity awards: Handle the timely release and processing of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards. Ensure accurate calculation, vesting, and settlement of all equity awards in accordance with plan documents and regulatory requirements.
  • Reviewing equity transactions: Analyze equity transaction activity, including stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities. Verify accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting of all transactions.
  • Stakeholder support: Research, track, and respond to questions received from plan participants, method partners, and other stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Award administration support: Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities. Assist with plan design modifications, communications, and employee education initiatives.
  • Reporting and analytics: Produce ad-hoc data analytics and reporting in support of ongoing operations and strategic initiatives. Develop dashboards, summaries, and insights to support decision-making and operational improvements.
  • System maintenance: Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation. Ensure system configurations, workflows, and processes align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Additional responsibilities: Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested and contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements


Essential Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methodologies quickly

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and convert findings into actionable recommendations

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work products

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience working with various equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday, and understanding of system interrelationships and data transfer processes

  • Familiarity with global equity regulations and compliance requirements

  • Previous experience in a multinational corporate environment

  • Understanding of compensation and benefits structures
