Position Overview
We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Global Equity Consultant to join our Global Equity team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective administration and management of our equity-based compensation programs. As a Global Equity Consultant at arenaflex, you will contribute to a team that delivers comprehensive stock plan management services, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

What You'll Do for Us
As a Global Equity Consultant, you will play a critical role in the administration and oversight of arenaflex's equity compensation programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Compliance and Auditing: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. You will be responsible for identifying discrepancies and ensuring data integrity across all equity systems.
- Award Processing: Process the release of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards. This requires meticulous attention to timing, accuracy, and adherence to plan documents and regulatory requirements.
- Transaction Review: Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities. Ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting of all equity transactions.
- Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, method partners, and other stakeholders. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing clear and accurate guidance on equity plan matters.
- Enrollment Support: Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities. Collaborate with HR partners and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of award grants and enrollment periods.
- Reporting and Analytics: Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations. Develop insights and recommendations based on equity data to support strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of equity administration workflows.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree for highly qualified candidates.
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area is preferred.
- Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is highly desirable.
- Experience in a corporate equity administration environment or with a third-party equity plan administrator is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems, with specific experience in Workday preferred.
- Knowledge of the methods and interrelationships of data transfers between systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to convert findings into actionable recommendations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
