Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate Digital Product Manager at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our conversational AI customer service solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Product Discovery: Drive comprehensive product discovery efforts and define product requirements that create opportunities to elevate the customer experience. You will be responsible for identifying gaps in our current offerings and developing innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage customer insights, conversational analytics, industry knowledge, and technical understanding to analyze the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities. You will be expected to translate complex data into actionable product recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with developers, data scientists, and product managers across different value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments. You will serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Product Definition & Execution: Collaborate with the core product team to define customer stories, map product definitions, and build comprehensive acceptance criteria. You will identify and address any need for additional research to define future feature design.
- Testing & Analysis: Lead customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation features. You will continuously identify ways to improve the customer experience based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and design clear, data-informed product recommendations. You will be responsible for establishing KPIs and monitoring success indicators.
- Product Roadmap Management: Maintain and refine the product backlog, planning user stories to meet end-user needs while prioritizing for business value. You will ensure the product roadmap aligns with overall business objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Support the definition and creation of product strategy, roadmap, release plans, and overall customer experience vision. You will contribute to defining the long-term vision for our conversational AI platform.
Essential Qualifications
