TORQ Coatings is a fast-growing, marketing-driven concrete coatings company seeking an Inside Sales Agent to help convert a high volume of inbound leads into booked appointments and closed deals. The role involves managing leads, following up consistently, and working closely with the sales team to drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads (calls, web forms, text inquiries)
- Follow up relentlessly with prospects (speed + consistency wins)
- Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Rehash and revive old leads
- Work closely with the outside sales team to help close deals
- Track activity and performance inside CRM systems
- Help build and improve our inside sales processes
Skills
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
- High urgency and strong follow-up habits
- Organized and process-driven
- Competitive mindset — you like to win
- Experience in inside sales, call center, or home services is a plus
- Tech-friendly (CRM, iPad, texting platforms, etc.)
