IS Applications Analyst, Healthcare Productivity Applications. In this role, you will leverage standard principles, theories, and concepts related to reporting of Labor Budgets, Targets, Hours/Resources, Volumes, and Productivity in UKG Pro Workforce Management Healthcare Productivity to address and resolve moderately complex business and technical challenges. You will work alongside a consulting implementation team to enhance organizational efficiency, analyze user requirements, and enact systems that accommodate moderately complex processes for UKG implementation.

As an ERP Applications Analyst, you will:
• Apply knowledge and experience in managing UKG Productivity applications within a large organization
• Work with our consulting implementation team to transition workforce management and productivity application solutions
• Align business-centric needs with productivity application solutions, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications
• Communicate effectively to manage stakeholder expectations, including initial triage, mitigation, and resolution of application-related issues
• Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of features, change requests, and system updates to address moderately complex challenges
• Balance technical expertise with operations management capability

Required qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering or Commerce – OR – a combination of education and relevant experience
• 3 or more years of application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of one or more large-scale ERP systems (UKG, Premier, Oracle Cloud suite, Oracle EBS/EPM, PeopleSoft, Workday, Kronos, or similar)
Preferred qualifications
• Master’s degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields
• 1+ year of experience with UKG Productivity
• 1+ year of experience with large-scale business transformation and productivity application projects across multiple regions
• Demonstrated ability to successfully execute small projects
• Understanding of application management methodologies (deployment, support, lifecycle)
• Experience in process improvement, change management, and operational improvement in complex systems
• UKG Productivity experience in a healthcare environment

The base pay range is provided in the job posting and may be supplemented by shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, and other compensation opportunities.
